Bryn Terfel håller på GIF Sundsvall!

The link below relates to Bryn and something to do with the Swedish football club GIF Sundsvall - Bryn is wearing their scarf in the 2 photos included in the article (I'm hoping Björg will be able to provide a translation!!):

När SVT i förra veckan visade trettondagskonserten från Berwaldhallen dök, lite oväntat, en GIF Sundsvall-halsduk upp i rutan runt halsen på en känd operasångare.

Anledningen att han bar den, var dels att han är en stor fotbollsfan och dels att han ville visa sin uppskattning för Helen Sjöholm och hennes hemmalag, det vill säga GIF Sundsvall!

Huruvida han numera övergått från sitt eget favoritlag Manchester United till GIF Sundsvall går inte svara på..

Bryn Terfel rooting for GIF Sundsvall!

The famous Welsh opera singer wore a GIF Sundsvall scarf during the 12th Night Concert in Berwaldhallen.
When SVT last week screened the 12th Night Concert from Berwaldhallen, a bit unexpectedly, a GIF Sundsvall scarf was noticed around the neck of a famous opera singer.
The reason why he wore it was partly because he is a big football fan, and partly because he wanted to show his appreciation for Helen Sjöholm and her home team, namely GIF Sundsvall!
Whether he now has abandoned his favorite team Manchester United for GIF Sundsvall is not known…
