Welsh National Opera (WNO) has announced its programme for 2019/20.


Later on in 2020 Sir Bryn Terfel will return to WNO next summer for the lead role in Bartók’s Bluebeard’s Castle staged in a double bill with Stravinsky’s The Nightingale. Michelle DeYoung will sing Judit alongside Terfel’s Bluebeard.
